Lettergrade System Login Information and Tips

Compatibility LetterGrade is compatible with both Mac and Windows systems running Internet Explorer version 5.5 or above. Netscape is not supported and not recommended. You may download the latest version of Internet Explorer for Mac or Windows here: http://www.microsoft.com/ie

AOL Please note that AOL's built-in web browser is not compatible with LetterGrade. AOL web browser users will receive a message that they are already logged in with "20 minutes to auto logout". To use LetterGrade with AOL, you must be using Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher. First, sign on with AOL. Once you are connected, minimize AOL and launch Internet Explorer from your desktop. Finally, enter the address of the LetterGrade page into the address bar.

Pop-Up Blockers LetterGrade utilizes pop-ups to notify users of important information and announcements. For this reason, please turn off any pop-up blocking software you may use when you enter the website and turn it back on after you log out. LetterGrade never uses pop-ups for advertisements.

Availability Daily student attendance and grading information is available to parents via LetterGrade. Attendance information is updated in near real-time and teachers generally update grade information every two weeks.

Lost Passwords For security reasons, the district will not disclose username or password information over the phone or via email. Parents who have lost passwords or whose children have lost passwords may retrieve them by contacting the IT department over the phone, through email, or in person. The lost password will then either be sent home with the child or mailed home.
